Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2024-25: Post Matric Scholarship

The Government of Gujarat has launched the Post Matric Scholarship 2024-25. Under this scheme, SC/ST/OBC students can apply for scholarships for the academic year 2024-25 on the Digital Gujarat Portal. Students must fill out the Post Matric Scholarship form between 09/10/2024 and 10/11/2024 on the official website.

Digital Gujarat Scholarship: Required Documents

The following is a list of documents required to fill out the form for the Digital Gujarat Scholarship:

• Photograph
• Email and Mobile Number (Provide an email that can log in and a mobile number that is permanent and currently in use.)
• Mark Sheets for Classes 10, 11, and 12 (as applicable) (Note: Last attempt mark sheet)
• Mark Sheets for all courses undertaken after Class 10 must be uploaded.
• Caste Certificate (for EWS, OBC, SC, ST)
• Income Certificate
• Aadhaar Card
• Bank Passbook
• Fee Receipt (If the fee is waived, provide a certificate of fee waiver.)
• LC (Leaving Certificate) (Proof of school leaving)
• Bonafide Certificate (if applicable)
• School/College ID Card (if available)
• Hostel Certificate (if the student resides in a hostel)
• Break Affidavit Certificate (If the student has a gap of more than 1 year during their studies, a notarized break affidavit on stamp paper is required.)

Who Can Apply for the Digital Gujarat Scholarship?

• All students pursuing courses after Class 10 can apply.
• This includes students studying in Class 11, Class 12, students in colleges, and students in ITI, among others.
• Forms are open for both renewal and fresh students.

How to Fill the Digital Gujarat Scholarship Form?

Follow the steps below to fill out the Digital Gujarat Scholarship form:

1. First, visit the Digital Gujarat website.
2. You will need to register and then log in.
3. After logging in, click on Services and then click on Scholarship Services.
4. Then, click on Request A New Service or Renew.
5. After that, click on Continue to Services.
6. The Registration Details page will open. Fill in the correct details and click on Save And Next.
7. Next, upload documents in the sections for Bank Details, Academic Details, Disability Details, and Attachment, and then click on Save Draft.
8. Now, check the checkbox and click on Verify Mobile Number.
9. After confirming the OTP, click on Confirm And Final Submit to submit your Digital Gujarat Scholarship form for 2024-25.
10. You can now print your form and submit it to your school or college.

Note:

Students with accounts in Dena Bank should keep the new IFSC code handy (as Dena Bank is now merged with Bank of Baroda).

Important:

After filling out the scholarship form on Digital Gujarat, if you need to make any changes or need to show it to the college, first take a draft print (raw print) after filling the form, and then make the necessary changes before final submission. If the final submission is not done before the last date for filling the form, it is mandatory to submit it finally.
